Covid 19

It sure is an uncertain time that we are living in. Listing your home during COVID 19 doesn't have to be stressful. We have implemented many systems and procedures to help keep you safe during the time your home is on the market. Our first step is offering a virtual consultation to you if you prefer that instead of an in person initial meeting. Any time we do enter your home we will be masked and will use gloves if needed or hand sanitizer. 

Each person that schedules a showing on your property will go through a COVID 19 screening questionnaire the day of the showing and will submit the form to our team prior to gaining access to viewing your home. Our team will provide a box of masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to be placed at the front door, along with a sign to remind visitors to refrain from touching things throughout the home.

Open Houses for now, will be kept to virtual open houses. We provide each of our listings with a 3D Virtual Tour which allows the public to view your home virtually before they consider coming through in person.

We also offer electronic signing for all documents to help with avoiding as much contact as possible. If you don’t have access to an email for signing electronically, then we will use the above mentioned precautions when we need to meet in person.
